On September 9, 2024, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber hosted an event dedicated to “Strong Elementary Education, Strong Economy” in the Julius Raab Hall of the Chamber of Commerce. Over 300 guests accepted the invitation to attend the insightful key notes and panel discussions. Parallel to the presentations, workshops were offered for preschool children to not only encourage exchange about the children, but also among the children themselves, and to distill the key topics. The entire creative concept – including the set-up of the entrance area, the catering, the workshops and the Experience Islands – was aimed at sparking curiosity and providing surprises. We were responsible for the concept design and implementation as well as the entire speaker and travel management.
